Houston Adventure Boot Camp is a 4 week training session full of fun, adventure and fitness run by Certified Fitness Trainers at several locations around Houston. This class is for women only, many of whom have made lasting friendships.
At Houston Adventure Boot Camp you can expect to do exercises such as walking/running. Body weight exercises include push ups and lunges and strength training exercises are done with small hand weights. But don't worry; Houston Adventure Boot Camp is for ALL levels of fitness from the triathlete to those who have never worked out.
Houston Boot Camp for women will keep you motivated in the early morning while most of the city is sound asleep. Our motto is “we do more before 6am than most women do in a day!” Boot campers love to tell their stories to co-workers, family and friends. You will feel energized throughout the day and your confidence will skyrocket.
